Job Description

Our client is a high-growth Fintech startup expanding across Europe.

In order to continue its ambitious growth plans, it’s looking to hire a Sales Development Representative to join the Business Development Sales team and support sales growth within German-speaking Europe / DACH (Austria, Germany, Switzerland, etc.).

Key Information

  • Location is London, UK ideally, or remote within region.
  • Reports to a Head of Sales.
  • Remuneration includes base salary, commission, share options and benefits.

Key Requirements

In addition to the skills that make you an excellent salesperson, for example, strong communication, presentation, sales and relationship-building skills. Our client requires:

  • New business sales experience (e.g. lead generation, etc.).
  • Fintech or banking / financial services experience.
  • Experience working within or with clients in the DACH region.
  • University degree or higher (ideally in a financial / mathematical / analytical field).
  • Strong interest and shared values relating to ESG / Sustainability, etc. (Relevant qualifications are a plus).
  • Native/fluent German language skills.

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the country in which the role is based.
