Requirements

Minimum requirements include recent, relevant experience in the following:

  • New business sales.
  • Individual contributor (IC) role with a strong sales track record.
  • Selling technology, e.g. enterprise software, platforms, etc.
  • Selling into Private Equity (PE) firms, LPs, GPs.

Our client is hiring for multiple role levels. Comp depends on level but includes competitive base salary, on-target-earnings, benefits package (specifics to be discussed by Finiti with qualified candidates who are invited to interview).

Roles are available in the following locations: Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Miami, FL. New York City, NY. There is an office in New York City providing office, hybrid and remote working options.

VP, Global Head of Sales, Trading Technology (New York City, NY – USA)

Requirements

Minimum requirements include recent, relevant experience in the following:

  • Leading a sales team (up to 10 people, local and internationally dispersed).
  • Managing your own new business sales quota.
  • Selling enterprise trading technology e.g. software, platforms.
  • Selling into buy-side firms in the US, including hedge funds.
  • Derivatives trading lifecycle.

In addition, you will have a natural desire to be office-based (midtown Manhattan) and enjoy in-person meetings with colleagues, clients and prospects.

KEY INFORMATION:

This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role responsible for new business sales in North America. You will pay a key part in the continued growth of the firm.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Recent, relevant experience in a new business sales role as an individual contributor.
  • Strong sales track record selling into banks, credit unions, lenders, etc. within the US.
  • Experience and knowledge of technology relating to some/all of the following: lending, credit analytics, credit risk / decisioning, process automation, workflow.
  • Experience selling Fintech software / SaaS solutions.

This role is based in the US – Central or West-Coast (Pacific, Central or Mountain time zones).

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the country in which the role is based.
