Account Manager – Fintech Startup (Lending / Credit)
Finiti is working with a high-growth, VC-backed Fintech startup with offices in the US and UK. The company provides leading-edge technology to assist lenders with credit decisions.
Due to company expansion and growth in demand, our client is expanding its sales teams internationally.

Key Information:
- Individual contributor (IC) role.
- Sales into existing accounts (e.g. upselling, cross-selling, renewals, etc.)
- Responsible for a sales target.
- Regional focus is Europe or EMEA (tbc).
- Location is UK – remote working.
- Reports to C-Suite executive.
- Remuneration includes base salary, bonus and benefits (possible share options).
Key Requirements:
In addition to the skills that make you an excellent salesperson, for example, strong communication, presentation, sales and relationship-building skills. Our client requires:
- Experience in an account management or similar sales role.
- Extensive relationship building and management skills.
- Strong track-record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Extensive experience within a similar firm (i.e. financial technology).
- Experience with lending and commercial banking clients.
- Fluent English language skills.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the country in which the role is based.
