Our Story
Since 2007, we’ve been helping leading Fintech firms around the world find the right salespeople to grow their business.
With backgrounds in the industry, Founders Kate Sharland and Alison Power recognised the specific challenges of recruiting for Fintech sales roles and the need for a specialist recruitment agency.
This focus brought some of the biggest names in Fintech to Finiti Search. Today, we remain the only dedicated Fintech sales recruiter globally and have built a high-quality network of top industry sales talent that allows us to quickly find the perfect fit for new roles.
