Business Development Manager, OTC Derivatives Technology (New York, covering North America)
Our client is a high-growth Fintech firm providing technology solutions to global Capital Markets firms (e.g. Banks and Asset Managers). We are working with the senior management team to hire an experienced salesperson to drive sales revenue across North America. The role will be based from New York / East-Coast.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed new business sales revenue targets.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to close.
- Work closely with senior management to create and execute sales strategy and plans.
- Meet with prospects and clients as required.
- Attend company and industry events as required.
- Keep ahead of relevant market and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Recent, relevant experience in a new business sales role (‘hunter’).
- Excellent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Recent, relevant experience selling relevant technology solutions for a Capital Markets trading technology firm.
- Knowledge of OTC Derivatives is required.
- Extensive experience selling to asset managers &/or hedge funds in the region.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
This role is based in New York City / East-Coast USA.
