Job Summary

Finiti is delighted to represent a growing Fintech firm in the hire of a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join the executive management team and continue to drive growth.

This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

• Management of a global sales team;
• Go-to-market strategy and sales enablement;
• Sales operations and analytics;
• Pricing strategy.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive commercial experience within a Fintech software firm;
• Experience managing international sales teams;
• Extensive experience of sales to capital markets firms including banks, asset managers, hedge funds, brokerage, etc.
• Understanding of the trade lifecycle, derivatives and regulations is ideal.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Based in London, UK.
