Sales Development Representative – French-speaking (Fintech – ESG / Sustainability)
Job Description
Our client is a high-growth Fintech startup expanding across Europe.
In order to continue its ambitious growth plans, it’s looking to hire a Sales Development Representative to join the Business Development Sales team and support sales growth within French-speaking Europe (Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Switzerland, etc.).

- Reports to a Head of Sales.
- Remuneration includes base salary, commission, share options and benefits.
Key Requirements
In addition to the skills that make you an excellent salesperson, for example, strong communication, presentation, sales and relationship-building skills. Our client requires:
- New business sales experience (e.g. lead generation, etc.).
- Fintech or banking / financial services experience.
- Experience working within or with clients in French-speaking Europe.
- University degree or higher (ideally in a financial / mathematical / analytical field).
- Strong interest and shared values relating to ESG / Sustainability, etc. (Relevant qualifications are a plus).
- Native/fluent French language skills.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the country in which the role is based.
