Sales Manager – Fintech Startup (Credit / Lending)

Key Information:

• Player/coach-style sales team leader role.
• Responsible for a team sales target but also willing to be hands-on.
• Regional focus is North America.
• Location is New York City – office-based with remote working options.
• Reports to Head of North America.
• Remuneration includes base salary, on-target-earnings, share options and benefits.

Key Requirements:

In addition to the skills that make you an excellent salesperson and sales leader, our client requires:

• Experience managing a sales team.
• Extensive track record in new business sales prior to sales management.
• Extensive experience within a similar firm (i.e. Fintech).
• Knowledge of the commercial banking and/or lending / credit markets.
• Fluent English language skills.

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the country in which the role is based.
