Job Summary

Finiti is representing an international Fintech company in the alternative investments market. Due to expansion, our client is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to drive new business and manage existing clients in Europe. This is a huge opportunity for an ambitious, entrepreneurial salesperson to expand sales in a new region for this firm with all the potential for growth that comes with this role.

This role will be based in London, UK or Europe (e.g. Frankfurt or other major financial centre). The role will report to the founder.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a sales plan for continued growth within Europe.
  • Development of new business from lead generation to close.
  • Management and growth of existing clients in the region.
  • Potential to build a team as the role and region grows.

Key Requirements

  • Excellent track record in new business sales within Fintech software firms;
  • Enterprise-level sales skills – experience closing larger, complex deals;
  • Experience selling to Private Equity (PE), LPs / GPs, Fund Managers, Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and similar;
  • Independent and entrepreneurial mindset that would suit a Fintech startup / scale-up firm.
  • Fluent English language skills. A second European language, e.g. French or German is desirable.

We’re pleased to be working with this exciting, international Fintech startup that is expanding into EMEA. It already has a client base in the region and will now invest in its growth. This will start with the hire of a Sales Manager, EMEA.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for planning and execution of growth plans for the region, in collaboration with the company’s founders. This person will be an experienced, hands-on salesperson who is self-sufficient, entrepreneurial and used to working in startups, scale-ups or starting new regions.

Location: London, UK or another major financial centre in Europe, e.g. Paris, Frankfurt, etc.

Key Information

  • Will launch a new sales region.
  • Will manage existing clients in the region.
